Abstract

The paper presents data on the concept of rheumatoid arthritis and its associations. It is shown that the development of this disease is associated with cellular immune-inflammatory mechanisms, as well as the occurrence of immune complex inflammation associated with the production of autoantibodies (ACB, RF). It is also associated with cardiovascular pathology, severe infections, and oncological diseases. Rheumatoid factor is determined in the blood - an autoantibody of class IgM to the Fc fragment of aggregated IgG. The stages of development of the pathological process are considered.
