Abstract

The University 4.0 model represents a new paradigm in higher education that aligns with the rapid technological, economic, and societal changes brought by the Fourth Industrial Revolution. This model emphasizes the integration of digital technologies in all aspects of university operations, including teaching, research, and administration. University 4.0 is characterized by four key elements: digital transformation, lifelong learning, collaboration with industry and society, and the development of an entrepreneurial ecosystem.

These components enable universities to become more adaptive, innovative, and responsive to global challenges. By shifting from traditional teaching-centered approaches to more flexible, interdisciplinary, and skills-based learning, universities play a vital role in preparing graduates for the demands of a digital economy and knowledge society. The University 4.0 model also fosters stronger engagement with external stakeholders and promotes a culture of innovation and continuous learning. As such, it is essential for the modernization and global competitiveness of higher education institutions.
